Motor	D&D Motor Systems, Inc. ES-33 Series Wound DC This is only what I plan to buy, provided everything fits in the frame.
Controller	Kelly 300 Amp with regenerative, if I plan on using that.
Batteries	6 MK Battery A22NF, 12.00 Volt, Lead-Acid, AGM 12V 55AH AGM batteries. They're cheap but I think they'll hold for a while. MK seems like a good brand.
System Voltage	72 Volts
Charger	Soneil I'm thinking of using 6 individual chargers, as it'll be cheaper and charge the batteries faster for my budget.
Heater	Ha! Florida.
DC/DC Converter	No converter - going to use an aux battery.
Instrumentation	Nothing yet. Still trying to find one I like.
Top Speed	Planning on 70 mph
Acceleration	Need to check out gear ratios and do some math for that
Range	I am HOPING for 30+ miles at cruise, but we'll see what happens. I think it's possible, but I'll need to tweak the controller.
Watt Hours/Mile	100 Wh/Mile I'm probably way low on this estimation, but it may be right.
Curb Weight	0 Not sure, but pretty heavy.
Tires	Stock. Probably need to be replaced.
Conversion Time	Theory: 3 months. Build: Yet to be seen.
Conversion Cost	So far it's looking like $3500. Damn lead prices.
I just got the frame and still need to do measurements to be able to buy everything I want. It seems that prices have gone up in just a year or so from when a lot of other folks built their vehicles. But still I am convinced I can do this for $3500, mostly depending on how cheaply I can get the welding work and miscellaneous things.
